Daria Kovalova is a Ukrainian artist whose work reflects a life of movement, resilience and transformation. She trained in academic drawing and architecture, explored dance and lived in many countries, and each experience has left a subtle mark on her artistic vision. Her time in China exposed her to new cultural influences, while the war changed her perspective and deepened her connection to art. In Turkey, she fully embraced oil painting, refining her figurative style and developing a distinctive approach to detail, texture and transparency.

She now lives in Krakow and works on larger canvases, creating expressive compositions that balance structure with fluidity. Through her art, she strives to capture purity and elegance in every stage of life, regardless of challenges, portraying moments of grace, serenity and light that transcend circumstances.
