Aneta Sliwa
Born 05.11.1990 in Cracow. Graduated from the Józef Czapski State School of Fine Arts in Cracow, specializing in visual advertising. Participant of a six-month Erasmus scholarship trip in Italy at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Lecce. Graduate of the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, Faculty of Sculpture. She completed her diploma in the studio of Prof. Bogusz Salwinski in 2014, for which she received an honorable mention from the Society of Friends of Fine Arts in Krakow. She was awarded the Rector's scholarship at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow in 2012/13 and 2013/14 for her high performance and achievements in the department. She is interested in ceramics, small sculptural forms, and drawing and painting. The main theme of her works is the world of man and the surrounding nature, the forces of nature, and psychological and sociological themes. She has participated in many open-air workshops and exhibitions at home and abroad. Currently an art teacher for children and adults.
