Born 10.12.1969 in Zywiec.
Graduate of the State High School of Fine Arts in Bielsko-Biała and the University of Silesia in Katowice, Institute of Art at the Faculty of Art in Cieszyn.
The artist is involved in visual arts: painting, digital graphics and new media. He is inspired by surrealism, magical realism, travel, fairy tales, shamanism and unlimited imagination. An essential element of his life and work is Yavallon, a kind of universal language of visual communication, expression and perception. Yavallon represents the realization of ideas that break down established structures, conditions and patterns of thought, language, religion, society and culture through specific actions. As a result of such actions, the level of consciousness rises and a kind of field for creative freedom is activated, where art is a natural habitat for magical thought.
Artistic pseudonym: Valcari meaning Wanderer and Interdimensional Traveler.
The stylistic diversity of works from the borderline of magical realism, surrealism, cosmic and psychedelic visions and abstract expressionism, is bound together by the author's characteristic poetics.
In Art of Life, which he sees as a surrealist-mystical fantasy tale, he explores the multidimensional aspects of the human-divine spirit. He is interested in all activity that, perpetuating itself in the current of history and human consciousness, changes our world for the better and more beautiful.
