Joanna Abra. (artistic pseudonym), born in 1986, lives and works in Warsaw. A newborn artist, she discovered her passion for creating after the age of 30. A graduate of political science at the University of Warsaw, she has been professionally involved in the media and creative industry for more than a dozen years. She does not have a degree in art, and is making her debut on the domestic art market in 2022.
She deals mainly with easel painting in oil technique. From time to time she draws (crayons, pencil) and experiments with other creative techniques. Her works are realistic, tending toward magical realism and surrealism. Strong contrasts and saturated colors are evident in the realization of artistic concepts, as is her love of the cosmos and the objects within it.
